This is my digital sandbox and proverbial playground. I am a web designer living in Birmingham, Alabama. I'm an avid gamer, a former editor for Addons.Mozilla.Org, and spend a good deal of my time in the WordPress community. I am also an active Soldiers' Angels member and a Community Team Leader for Soldiers' Angels in Alabama. I am all this and much more, but in short I am: a web designer, a geek, a gamer and an aspiring super mom.

LOL, That *must* be from the BOFH archives! ;)

I wish that were true in this job, but it is not. I have no less than 4 bosses who oversee my department, and it's a major pain in the ass dealing with them when something needs to get done. What's worse is when there's a catastrophe, ALL of them chew my ass.

You seem rather assured that you are doing the right thing. So unless you get fired, why don't you just ignore everyone? Besides that everybody should know that:
1. The Administrator is right.
2. The Administrator is always right.
3. When the Administrator is not right, rule 2 applies.
4. The Administrator is never wrong.
5. The Administrator pre-existed and will continue exist even after the networking universe.
6. The Administrator decides, dictates and exterminates without asking any kind of permission.
7. The Administrator is a "solitary" practitioner. She/He wishes not to be disturbed.
8. The Administrator does not report to anyone because whatever is being done is being done for the greater good.
9. The Administrator is always calm because she/he knows that chaos is the only thing that will succeed him/her.
10. The Administrator know everything, has seen everything and nothing can touch him/her.
