Honestly, my recommendation is to wait for some time alone in the house, drink some of your favorite tea and cry your eyes out and scream at the top of your lungs until you feel kind of hollow.  It will make you feel about five years old, but it might help.

The other thing I do when I'm really stressed or upset is any kind of art that involves cutting, mushing or breaking stuff.  Examples are hacksawing through pewter bars, handbuilding pottery or smashing tiles for mosaic.  It's fun, and you can imagine yourself breaking or cutting whatever is driving you up the walls.

By the way, I apologize in advance if I sound like a therapist.  I've been there....many times.</description>
