This is my digital sandbox and proverbial playground. By trade, I am a web designer who dabbles in graphic design (when time allows). I'm an avid gamer, a former editor for Addons.Mozilla.Org, and spend a good deal of my time in the WordPress community. In short, I am: a web designer, a geek, a gamer and an aspiring super mom.

In remarks to Dan's post...
If Dan wants facts he shouldn't meddle in the affairs of a mythical Annunaki secret that mankind was created by genetic improvement, just didn't have the nerve to throw that out there...lol

I agree with you Nita,on that aspect of number 94, and I have an Aunt stuck in Mexico seperated from her child, because my uncle didn't handle the situation correctly. She got caught by trying to correct the issue. How irronic is that one.

I agree with almost every single thing on your list! Thats so rare to randomly find someone online who shares so much in common with yourself, so I had to leave ya a comment. Maybe 10 of your statements, tops, didn't apply to me!

But yes, I very much am with you on the issue of illegal immigration. I'm not racist, but I strongly disapprove of handouts for whoever wanders across our border. I understand (maybe not to the FULL extent, but I have a pretty good idea) the difficulty of becoming a citizen legally, but if it was easy our country would be bursting at the seams- and many cities are already. Anyone can study and learn basic English and American history, and if one isn't willing to put forth the effort, they should be deemed not loyal to the country and therefore don't belong here.

But anyways, just wanted to send ya a shout-out and say I like your blog, and keep doin what you're doin!

I don't like going back and editing old posts, but I should have elaborated on that a bit. It's aimed at those who arrive here illegally with absolutely no intention of becoming a hard-working member of society, of contributing to the better of this country, those who scream and jump up and down wanting instant citizenship (rather than going through the correct channels like law-abiding immigrants who are more than welcome here IMO) -- these are the same people who claim that this is "their" country and we stole it from them. Give me a freakin' break.

I see many illegal immigrants where I work, and have spoken with several. Between my broken Spanish and their broken English, I've learned a lot about those who come here and want to start a life and raise their children in the best country in the world (hey, I'm biased). I'm all for that ... come in, get legal the right way, learn some English, and join the rest of the good hard-working Americans, here's your Flag and apple pie.

The way I should have worded that is if you come to this country illegally, and you've no intention of becoming a contributing member of society and being a law-abiding hard-working citizen, then you don't belong here and should be sent back ASAP when found.

I don't expect everyone to agree with that, but it's my $.02 on the matter.

I was with you until number 94. I understand where you and my fellow conservative friends are coming from, but realize that illegal immigrants do indeed contribute a great deal to the US. They do pay taxes, buy food, need shelter. Most importantly for the future of the US they have children that consider themselves American and rise up just as our ancestors did.
Rather than making it so difficult to become an American citizen, why not let them in, make sure they learn English and then we will all be better off in a generation? I think we are far stronger with another 50 - 80 million Americans in a generation from immigration than without them.

I hear music in my head — always. I don't hear it all the time, but when I do, I am doing my best work. Its like I'm in the zone. Strange.
