That same "person" (and I'm being nice here by using that word :mad: ) who said "let it go already" is the same type of person who probably says the same thing about Memorial Day, Veterans Day, 9/11 and other days of remembrance. I have little, or no respect for those folks, because it's the thinking behind that statement that is severally flawed. Throughout this day, I've perused many blogs, and I've really taken notice that many folks like you and others are either asking, stating or truly concerned that our great nation has changed since WWII. There is obviously a very noticible lack of unity, National pride, love of country and pariotism (now considered a dirty word by some), and it seems to be based in, at least in part, a severe lack of teaching by parents and school systems about what our nation is really about and our honorable history.
