@Devilish Southern Belle: Thank you. :)

@Jo: Thanks for the advice, I've gone back to the doc and had more x-rays. Saw 2 docs and am told everything looks normal. I feel MUCH better and haven't had any pain this week.

@Scott: Hey, thanks for stopping by! Thanks also for the advice. We're proceeding carefully.

Don't close out the claim for a while. My wife and I were rear ended at a stop sign. I had stiffness on one side of my neck. After the stiffness subsided the other side hurt and my arm went numb. The initial swelling masked the fake that the impact ruptured a disc requiring surgery. Be careful and God Bless.

Okay - if you are still experiencing headaches from the accident - do not close out the claim. If you are having issues with the other insurance company not responding fast enough, call yours. That's what they are for.

After our accident with an 18 wheeler in '95 - I replayed the front end of that truck coming through the other vehicles like a hot knife through butter for years afterward. I'm still jumpy around them on the road. It.will.get.better.I.promise.

BTW I held whip lash in my neck for 5 years from that wreck ... headache hit at 3 pm daily. Finally had a massage therapist work it out .. so that's why I'm saying don't close out the claim with the other insurance company, at least medically, until you are sure. No matter how long it takes.
