Firefox 3 Download Day
Posted by Nicki on June 16th, 2008 at 6:34 pm · TrackBack URI
Tomorrow, June 17th is the release date for Firefox 3 to the general public. Mozilla has set a lofty goal for itself — they are trying to set a Guinness World Record for the most software downloads in 24 hours.
Sounds neat, right? Well, I plan on participating … how ’bout you?
To participate, all you’ll need to do is just download Firefox 3 tomorrow within the first 24 hours of its release.

Thanks for including my widget on your page - hopefully it looks a little less cruddy now. ![]()
And more importantly: Thanks for posting about the Firefox 3 Download Day. Hoping we can set that record super high!
@Brandon: Ditto! I’ve been reading a lot of great things about FF3. I can’t wait.
@l.m.orchard: Thank you! ![]()

I’m definitely downloading it! I didn’t try installing any of the betas, so I can’t wait to (hopefully) see a boost in stability.
